Rocky the Boston Terrier, his funny ears & his coat of many colours !

When I got Rocky his ears were up. A few days later they went down. One came back up, slowly followed by the other. Now both are up but the tips of them are curved backwards ! All the BTs I see online or in books have perfect ears, was wondering could those dogs have all had their ears taped up or had them cropped ( ouch )? LOL, I'm not too bothered as long as his lugs are ok tho !

Also when I got him he was a black & white. A few days later it looked as if his coat was going to turn seal. Now, just a few weeks on it looks like it's changing to brindle !

Is this just a normal puppy thing ? !

his ears will be floppy till about 6 months, when he is finished with changing teeth. dont worry

Cookie also had ears of every changing direction they ended up normal though

Her coat colour changed too until she was about two

I'm amazed at how much his coat is changing colour ! His mom is brindle & his dad a b&w, hope my pup isn't going to end up 50/50 !

Pups ear-carriages change lots when they are teething, don't worry about it.

I thought all Bostons were Black & White, didn't realize they could be Brindle too.

Yeah, b&w, seal or brindle. It's really surprised me how quickly he's changing colour. I will put some pics up for you both !

OOh yes please piccies. I love Bosties too, my friend breeds these and has done for many years and they are funny little beggars, like little gremlins .....lol
