garden before-during-after

We started on 2006, it took all summer and it rained a lot! Ok we chopped down the trees but we recycled the fence panels! It's still not finished as there's a block at the bottom for a summer house, hubby planned and designed it all. The grass is green now - we didn't re turf, just kept chucking seeds on. Too big to take a whole photo!

Very nice, see someone has been busy.

Have to admit though I liked it both ways

It was a nightmare with the very big trees as it made the garden & kitchen so dark & was covered (and I mean covered!) daily in pigeon poop! Hubby did a lot of the demolition (you know how they like to play!) but we got labourers in to do the brickwork & patio
The plants are well established now - though we've lost one palm over winter - only problem now is Tilly keeps pulling off palm leaves & pampas.
