Well, we've finally got the solicitor's details from our buyer so fingers crossed, but I'm still not holding my breath

The address of the buyers isn't on the letter from our agent so I'm guessing that they may be caravan owners who usually stay in their van for 9 month then go into a winter let. It's something that's never been allowed but that sites and the council have turned a blind eye to. Site and council rules say you have to have a permanent residential address. This year though, because of the pandemic, it's really shown the problems it causes and now all caravan owners have to provide proof of a residential address and photo ID too or they can't use their caravans.

Ahhhh I wonder how many will be "living" in your flat. LOL
