See lots of people are now joining this thread - probably enraged patio owners wishing to villify your Northern Correspondent for his outmoded views. Perhaps if it were re-named "an outdoor room extension and recreational relaxing area" it might just(and I mean only just)seem a little more acceptable.

Oh! "Lilly and Billy are on it!" Well that makes it all right then. Where else would one keep such priceless and tasteful works of art, I am sure this display of splendidly superior statuary alters the "patio's" status beyond measure.

Certainly not! Eileen - I am an elitist. There is a non too subtle difference. Besides you wouldn't have me any other way. So now duty calls and I must off out with my furry fiends and then to bed (one eye open of course!) Goodnight all and God Bless.

Nite Gord, sweet dreams (can you dream with one eye open). I need to get girly brekkies done and get myself off to bed, having a soak first of all though. Are you off too Eileen or are you staying behind to lock up, turn the lights off etc. make sure no one's loitering around that should be tucked up in bed, that sort of thing.
