Yes Lynn we can always find someone worse off than us! But I'd really like to hear you sounding just a teensy bit like you think you might be at least the 'same' off as some and maybe even feeling BETTER OFF!

So basically for Gorden (like a lot of blokes) it's a house but for you of course it is your heart and home.

And you have the added worry I spose if you did manage to convince Gorden to stay where you are for now - you will be living with a shedload of guilt if things go wrong on the Gorden job front or properties elsewhere zoom up in price.

Just don't like to think about you moving and spending your days ENVYING the woman who is living in what you still consider to be 'your house'. lol!

I wouldn't like to be in your position right now. I am world class at convincing myself of all the reasons why I SHOULD do something. Truth is tho - when you are taking a decision that you know is right for you - you don't spend any time listing the pros or convincing yourself why you should do it do you? You just grasp the opportunity and look forward to it.

Good luck girl.

'morning Lynn and everyone above

Lynn, it's pretty clear that house prices will rise for the next three years, so if you really don't like it you could sell again in 2016 and move somewhere else. After the 'Help to Buy' and 'Funding for Lending' are cancelled in 2016* house prices will stabilise or maybe fall back but you should know by then if you really like the place.

I think you are right to keep looking on Rightmove just in case something grabs your attention you never know what might turn up.

* Will they be cancelled ? Don't know but guessing yes.

Pat yep guilt my middle name. Shed it off from my mum when she went in a home now the worry of all this.
Gorden has just said again we can stay here. I did find somewhere a bungalow timber framed which makes him shudder and a river front and back so he says that would need looking into with regard to flooding. It had 1/2 an acre though.
Of course I said yes we can but what if the contract isn't renewed ? We will be worrying about that for at least 6 months then the worry of finding a buyer if it does and we decide then to move and what of we can't find a buyer in time ? I don't think either of us can live with the stress we have just seen an end too and permanently if we go mortgage free.
I just feel I haven't found my ideal home for the sacrifice I feel I am having to make and it is bl**dy upsetting and every other emotion at the moment apart from anything else.
Rock and hard place. That's where I'm at.

Morning Harvey. That's what Gorden is saying and it will be easier to look if we are already living that way.
I suppose I won't unpack too much then.
Contracts not exchanged so yes we would pull out . Only got till nearly the end of the month though as by then our solicitor is aiming for exchange as is our buyers solicitor.

Morning chaps

Lynn, you are sounding thoroughly miserable about this move, Tang is right, you need to let Gordon know you feel this bad.

Helena, I'm so sorry you are still in pain, I hope it gets sorted tomorrow (it was tomorrow you had the dentist right?)

Malka, i'm sorry you are having problems with Pereg again, I hope she settles soon and you get some rest.

I am glad to report Lee has been found safe and well, but in the cells in Glasgow, he is getting transported north to go into court on Monday At least we know he is okay (at least till he gets up north and his Dad and sister get a hold of him).

Today for me, now I know Lee is safe, is washing pile and ironing pile, then study, I have to get this TMA finished. Hope you all have a lovely day

Morning Lorraine he does know I have told him.
Thank goodness your cousin is safe he may prefer to stay in the cells rather than meet his dad and sister.
Good luck with the TMA.

Wow, it doesn't sound good for most of you! Sick, in pain and miserable. that's no good... I think you all need Mouse cuddles... they always make me feel better!

Well, Munch has moved off my face, so I'm going to go back to sleep!

Good morning everyone.

Lynn what are we to do with you. What a state to be in I do not envy you I know that much.

Helena and you too I hope you manage to ease it off. I hope after Wednesday all will be well again. Take care.

Jenny and jenny sorry to hear you are both suffering too. I hope you get well soon.

Bev. I am so pleased for you. You really do sound as those all your dreams have come true at once. I don't think I need to ask if Lily has settled down.

Malka, sorry you have been having some worries over Pereg hope she is ok now.

Well I am bound to have forgotten someone but hope everyone is ok and have a lovely day all. God bless.

Morning Sara Mouse cuddles would be lovely. There's a few of us could do with them today mostly people who are feeling unwell.
Have a lovely day.
Morning Moyra past doing anything with me I am afraid.
Just got to ride the storm to hopefully better things. That's how I have decided to look at it things can't get worse can they ?

The very very annoying thing is I have about 3 songs rattling around in my head well bits of songs.

First one that sprung in was I need a miracle.
2&3 around the same time Things can only get better and You can knock me down and I'll get up again.
