He's an 8 year old Rottweiler, who is looking for a new home because he wasn't getting along with the new puppy in his household.

Prince is an intelligent and sensible boy who gets along very well with other dogs but can be grouchy if they persist in harassing him. He is good with strangers and children of all ages, although at his age we would rather not home him with young children. A loving, quiet retirement home with someone who has owned Rottie types before would suit him best.

Prince has been diagnosed with arthritis in both hips and has been prescribed painkillers which he will need to take for the rest of his life. He still however enjoys is walks and will need to be taken for gentle strolls in the park daily where he likes to take his time moseying around. He is toilet trained, responsive to commands, well behaved and can be left alone without problems, he would happily live with someone who works part time.

Prince is looking for a perfect new home, a home where he will be loved and cherished for the rest of his life.

He is so handsome, if only I didn't already have a handsome boy I would be tempted! Hope he finds a loving home soon.

Sad isn't it, the new pup they got was another Rottie, no doubt the same thing will happen again in 8 or so years time :smt009

Folks like that don't deserve to keep dogs.

How sad being shipped out of his home for 8 years so they can get a new one.
They couldnt of loved him much if they can give him up like that.
