Fox Poo - Help!!!

ok guys, on our lovely walk this morning - BOTH jazzie and kenny rolled in fox poo, they are both out in the garden at the mo!!

PLEASE please tell me the best way to get rid of it.

will a bath and shampoo do the trick??

man - the pair of them REALLY STINK.

Think I have heard that Tomato Ketchup is the only way to remove it properly

Hi Eloquence tomato juice is good if you have any, the enzymes in the tomato somehow neutralise the smell, rub it well into the coat, leave a few moments then bath as usual

PS if you have tinned tomatoes in the cupboard you could strain those and use the juice.

Yep, tomato ketchup....

although if your dogs are red & white, dilute the ketchup in a jug of warm water and then rinse the affected areas a couple of times. You can apply the ketchup directly but it tends to turn the white bits pink

I've used 'Head and Shoulders' shampoo to get rid of the smell from Vegas before cause it was the first thing to hand in the bathroom!

(This was though after i had scraped the s**t off him in a river which i had to wade into with him)
