Thank God for ''those doggey eyes''

I admitt that our gas boiler is somewhere in the age bracket of 30 year plus, but in the six years we've lived here it has served us well, never breaking down till yesterday
Well we're with Homecare so they came out this morning.
I did ask him ''do you like dogs, because mine like people''
''Yes, I love dogs'' came the answer. After a fuss he went to the kitchen to check.
''To be honest love, I think you need a new boiler, the valve is jammed and it will take alot to unjam it''

3 dogs lined up, sitting patiently waiting, with those ''Oh! pleassssssssse eyes He looked at them and laughed

''OK you got me, I'll see what I can magic up.....but it's only for you three I'm doing it''

He fixed it....................... Bless him, he had a bit of a job too.

I have promised that we are getting a new one in the better weather. But thank goodness for ''pleading eyes''

Your right, I thought some repair men don't like entering houses with a dog, let alone three, but he was ''dog friendly''
