Thanks everyone. The final walk last night was awful. She really didn't want to go, but won't pee in the garden so I had no alternative but to take her out. She only had to pee but held on to it until the last minute, walking very slow, and kept stopping and looking at me - heartbreaking.
However, all your positive vibes have really helped, as she's much better this morning.

However, not having had much sleep last night, I stupidly gave her breakfast - just as Baz shouted down to remind me not to, she was finishing off a plate of dog food and tuna...... I'll have to reschedule the blood test now .

I'll keep you posted.....
