Sad news

My daughter Charly little Guinea pig Salt passed away in her arms at 5am this morning.
Salt was so lucky to have such a loving and caring owner as Charly who syringe fed him every hour through the day yesterday and every hour through the night.
It was when she got up again at 4.45am to sort his stuff and then got him out, he gave a little struggle in her arms and then his heart gave out.
She is of course distraught but we will go later today and bury Salt next to Pippit her pony.
Thanks everyone for your positive thoughts yesterday but it wasn't to be.

Please send our best wishes to Charly.

Salt was obviously much loved and had a wonderful life with your family. A very sad ending but at least when he passed away he was not alone, but in the arms of his mummy. xx
