Crying eh? I always do that when I find old pics of long gone friends. I have a picture of my Vizsla, Kes, who died aged 11. She was a very special dog to me. I have her ashes in my bedroom and her picture on the bookshelf in the L/R. My grandaughter always thinks it is a pic of my latest rescued Viz, Tally. The picture brings back loads and loads of memories.

Sam looked like he was your version of my Kes!! Thank you for sharing these lovely pictures.

Lovely photos, of both dogs.

My Mum is just like yours, she had an OES and when she passed over the bridge in 1992 she said Pinkie was the only dog for her and she's kept true to her word as well.

my mum totally adored that dog, i think she feels deep down that she'd like another one but would think that as trying to replace sable and of course they can never be replaced. they are unique.
