Thanks, I currently use VetVits for the FlexiJoints+ and the Skin & Coat Conditioner. Is there any from your list that you feel is essential when on Raw, or do they all support a good all round healthy diet?

I give fishoil and Luposan Gelenk. Both because Luna's has a bad hip and bad elbow.

If she didn't have those, I don't think I would give any supplements

Talking of Luposan.

I spoke to the rep at Crufts who could not understand why her products had not taken off in the UK and I explained it was because unlike her competitors eg Hilton Herbs, Dorwest Herbs etc, Luposan did not actually identify all the ingredients.

I explained that it is a cultural thing that we like to know what we are giving our dogs.

I was then joined by a vet I know very well who said the same thing.

So she is going back to Germany to relay those views.

In the cupboard I have:

* Apple Cider Vinegar - "Taken internally, ACV is credited with maintaining the acid/alkaline balance of the digestive tract...Other uses for ACV are the prevention of muscle weakness, cramps, feeling the cold, calluses on elbows and hock joints, constipation, bruising too easily, pimples on skin surfaces, twitching of facial muscles, sore joints, arthritis and pus in the urine. There are also reports that it is useful in the prevention of bladder and kidney stones.
Fleas, flies, ticks and bacteria, external parasites, ring worm, fungus, staphylococcus, streptococcus, pneumococcus, mange, etc., are unlikely to inhabit a dog whose system is acidic inside and out." Taken from here: http://www.earthclinic.com/Pets/acvfordogs.html
* Kelp tablets - improves coat growth and pigmentation.
* Brewers Yeast tablets - for skin and coat condition, aids immune system, helps keep fleas and parasites at bay.
* Easygreen
* Olive oil/sunflower oil - for skin and coat.
* Billy No Mates - natural flea and tick repellent.
