you know the dogs were only on your bed because they wanted to stay above the water line - if the ceiling hadn't of fallen in, I'm sure they would've slept in the kitchen

As for the 'are you sure' from Pat - what's he like.

Hope the plummer can sort it out for you tomorrow xx

One thing Fiona.....Pat is no good in a crisis...... Thank god the house wasn't on fire.........
