That's Luca's favourite trick. I have a duvet cover that fasten's across the top. Like one of those Oxford pillow cases.
Lucs gets her nose in between the buttons and forces herself in until she pops the buttons. Then it's every man/woman/dog for it's self, preferably in the duvet cover
