Oh i'm so chuffed

I had a request this morning from my children - could i drop them in town so that they could buy me some christmas presents
I drove them up there and they were shopping for a good hour and a half, then my daughter rang me and said we've finished can you pick us up now!

I wasn't aware that they'd been saving their pocket money for months to be able to get me something

got my mum - some lovely pj's (that i like haha)! - thorntons and some socks - yes im skint this year but the whole lot cost me about 40 quid!!!

luckily in some ways i dont have a bf to buy for lol!!

I'm so proud of them, my daughter in particular since she has master minded the whole operation (she's 12), and my son for being grown up enough for not saying anything (he's only 8!)
For weeks they've had their pocket money every week and spent it (or so i thought!!) on sweets and rubbish when actually they've been saving it together in a pot in my daughters room!! And they let me tell them off for wasting it, and they never said a word

In total they saved £45

I'm just very proud of them
