He wanted glasses that were £250!!! He only needs them for reading and as you know, he can't read properly so it's not like he is sitting there reading books for hours on end. If he had to wear glasses permanently then o.k, get a really nice pair but he is dead clumsy so will sit on them or leave them somewhere. Don't get me wrong, these are expensive...well I think so, £70 a pair

Drafty here, but no rain as yet. Not too cold either so we've been lucky this morning.

Thanks for up-dating us Lynn. I'm sure that I'm not on my own at wondering how our big lad is doing. He sounds as though he's doing pretty well considering he's had two major ops in so short a time. Onwards and upwards big lad. Massive, gentle hugs from me

Sounds a sensible option to me griff.
He isn't best pleased with us Chris at this point in time, hope we don't get tantrums on Sunday when he has to go into the vets on his own. Katharine will be there and he loves her, so if a vet tech comes out and he plays up she will probably come and get him and go in with her with no problems.
He is doing well considering and if as we are hoping he pulls through this and nothing goes wrong in the infection time frame he will of done really well.

Everybody has been amazing in supporting us through this nightmare.
