Eileen - Have only just caught up with today's goings on, was absolutely aghast to hear about little Lacey. Huge get well vibes from myself and the Mem hope she gets well very quickly. Please give her a gentle hug and a big kiss from us both. Poor little lass, she must wonder what's going on with it. All best wishes G.

£2 extra a week for pensioners after 6th April - must put the rents up! That'll solve any problems for them as to what to do with it!

Typical - fancy encouraging the elderly to gamble - you should be ashamed of yourself Eileen.

Griff - didn't get on last night, so couldn't answer your question about division in our household over the England versus Wales match. Pleased to be able to report that there is no disharmony at all. Both of us are England Supporters (and very pleased we are with last night's result). Although the Mem's family farm in Ceredigion they are originally from the Peak District and consequently very English. They moved down there about 25 years ago, as they wanted a bigger place that was a little more private. They suceeded in their quest as their current place is at the head of a valley, halfway up a mountain and at the end of one and a half miles of private road. Privacy is no longer a problem!lol!

Hope June does win the lottery Eileen, the Norties would look fabulous in diamond encrusted collars. I can just see her now - employing a team of scantily clad Chippendales as dog walkers, with four big strong ones to carry her Sedan Chair, bringing up the rear!
