Paddy, Border Collie, DOB 09 - Tunbridge Wells, Kent


Homing requirements: Paddy needs a home where his Collie needs are met. He respects the human voice and gestures and needs a family who are responsible to ensure he is deemed the respect his breed type needs. Active life style. Could live with another dog or 2! Not to live with children under 6 years of age, but will manage visiting respectful older children.

His Story: Paddy is 3 years old and has had 3 homes, assuming he originally came over from Ireland. Lived happily with a family for a year. Nipped/bit on approaching grandchild when he was standing over his bowl. He was taken to be put to sleep but saved by the vets. Now fostered in a multi dog household and proving of sound temperament but conscious of his own and other space. Newly neutered, fully vax'd.

Advert: Paddy won't get in a paddy with understanding doggie owners. He has moved homes staying over a year in each in different circumstances. Paddy is approachable generally and comes to call. Paddy travels well. He is housetrained and adjusts to house rules well.

Paddy is a beautiful Border Collie who is a good example, has a calm manner and at 3 years old is going to make a wonderful family dog in a respectful doggie home given stability. He would enjoy living with another dog but also could live as a fulfilled only dog.
