I worked in Texas Homecare p/t while I was still at school.
I stayed on at school til I was old enough to join the Army, and then ditched the job at Texas.
I must say though, that it was a very good grounding in most things.
Where I grew up was a bit of a sh**-hole and there were firebombings, kidnappings and murders on a weekly basis.
There are only a few of us left now from the same year at high school..the rest have either done overdoses, topped themselves on purpose, or have been sorted out by the various gangs.....and people wonder why I moved so far away from home!!
the same idiots used to come into Texas just to practise their skills with a knife or crowbar
If we ever have a school reunion, then I think there are only 7 of us left from 125.
