Computer packed up yesterday

This is just a quick note to say my computer packed up yesterday afternoon hence my silence.

I have just been brought a loan one and have installed Firefox so I could get on here - hope to get my own computer back tomorrow - one of the capacitors on the motherboard blew up - that is two motherboards in 12 months and I am not happy.

Pereg is feeling the effects of the increased dose of Pb and is rather doped up at the moment - I will update once I have this computer set up properly.

Just wanted to come here quickly to say we are [semi] OK.

And that we missed you all.

I had nobody's phone number to call them - everything is on my computer and not written down and of course nobody has mine.

Will try to read through new threads/posts but have to set this computer up properly in case I do not get my own back for a few days. The Festival of Succot starts at just gone 5pm tomorrow so who knows how long I will have this one for - a total blank computer with just IE and Chrome, so had to install Firefox. Now have to install Thunderbird for my emails. [Got my gmails organised though].

Glad you are ok and nothing more serious than puter problems.

What am I saying What would we do with out them.

How many people we can now comunicate with instantly that would never have been possible before.
But you know what I mean.

Just goes to show, pen & paper are one of the best inventions ever As long as you are safe that the main thing...xxx
