Definitely my bargain of the year this one!!

Well, I ordered an oak dining table from Argos, and I've already waited 5 weeks and now they tell me it's going to be a further 2 weeks, and I'm getting panicky coz I've got 6 friends to lunch in a couple of weeks, so I scoured the local paper, and look what I found!!!!

It's a solid oak, oval table, with TWO insert panels, and I've only put one in there at the moment and it's huuuuuge, if we put the other insert in the middle it would fill the blooming room! LOl! The lady told me it was in one of their showrooms so it's never actually been used!! Now how much did I pay for this little number then???? FORTY QUID!!!!!

I've got 4 more of those gorgeous leather dining chairs, but they need erecting by you know who first!! I think that's a bit classy!!!!

I would have preferred square with the big chunky legs like I originally ordered from Argos, but blimey £40, I can't be too fussy can I!!!!! The chairs I obviously bought new, I'm only talking table here for that money! Good luck with yours Hevvur, but you won't get a bargain like mine!!!

How come you always find the bargains! I have a friend like that, she always comes out with these real bargains, yet if I ever go shopping or fo through the free ads, there's never such a thing That's a lovely looking Dining Table - Good for you!
