Thanks to all of you above. Your kind words mean a lot.


I am sitting here in the study where I used to look out and see his big face looking at me from his 'mobile kennel' (The car) which he loved. It's not there anymore


Yes I'm sure he'll be meeting up with Rianna & Lara who he adored.


Have just been packing all his medication which I will post on Monday to the Northern Newfoundland Club welfare lady who always needs help. Hope it will help one or two more Newfies.


I will keep in touch via the 'Daily News' thread and post when I have news which I think might be of interest.

Although you don't have Casey now, your experience with him and your previous dogs will always be welcomed by many who come on looking for solutions to their own problems.

Those empty spaces are the worst when we lose them. They are like a punch in the gut and take us by surprise
