Unpopular Opinions...

...relating to dogs. I have a few -

There's nothing wrong with animal derivatives.

There's nothing wrong with careful, considered cross breeding.

I have to say it depends on the context. Nothing wrong with them in small amounts, but in cheaper foods it tend to be used in higher quantities. I wouldn't raw-feed my dogs on a diet consisting mainly of chicken feet, beaks and hoof trimmings, and I wouldn't recommend a food that contains animal derivatives as one of the main ingredients.

People (adults) that can't hold back dogs the size of a Labrador are weak.

Small dogs are just as much in need of training and exercise as big dogs.

I wouldn't have said that was unpopular I'd have just said it was true! My terriers have needed far more walking and a lot more training than my lab ever has. They're just so darn wilful

Rescue dogs aren't for everyone.
