Ever feel down for no reason?

I don't feel down as in like depressed, more just worried that things won't work out the way I want...

I will add at this point that nothing in particular has brought this on, just the way my head is tonight!

It's probably because I have big plans for the next 12 months of my life and I am scared it will all go horribly wrong...

Not stopping me feeling sad though!

Just need perking up a bit really!

I feel like that sometimes, like I want to cry but there is no actual reason for it, not even pmt lol

On your plans, keep believing and think positive. Massive good luck on your plans

I think sometimes it's because we are too scared when things go well like we don't deserve it but we soo do xx

Possibly it is because you have been so excited and your brain has been over-loaded with your plans looking forward to the future, that it is just a reaction to so much excitement.

The future will be here before you know it and you will see all your wonderful plans come into fruition! (((hugs))) xx

Was reading an article once on people who have won the lotto Can't remember what percentage, but it was a lot...on hearing the news they were obviously over the moon, delighted but not long after some of them actually felt down, some even depressed Body's way maybe who knows They soon got over it and went on to enjoy their winnings of course
System overload I reckon and it'll all turn out great you'll see (( hugs))

Kammi we all feel like that at times and things don't always work out how we plan them.
The main thing is that you can overcome anything including a change of plans and the challenge makes sucess all the sweeter

Thanks all!

I think I'm probably over thinking things.

Hopefully I cheer up soon and things all work out okay

Lol

I think the fact I will (hopefully!) be buying my first house, and rescuing a dog... there is potentially a lot that could go wrong!

Even silly things, like my holidays at work have to be booked off a year in advance... I have to try and fit that round finding the right rescue dog so I have time off work when I get it?!

I am going for a greyhound though so hopefully that should be fairly straight-forward... but even so!
