thanks Helena, carole and kicks, yup all rotts seem to do a fair bit of sleeping,,,its the second most important thing in life,,,,first being food,,,oh another rotty trait seems to be very reluctant to go wee in the garden when its raining,,, more so the pups, but I have to force the big ones out too in the rain,,,tis amazing how long they can hold it in for,,but im sure its not good for them

Oh mine are all like that, although I imagine they are easier to lug out than yours, heaviest being Maddy at 28kg.

No luging {well not unless its really really heavy then its like a rugby scrum at the back door } I have my wepons,,,,I just lift the hamster and they are off,, he is trained in martial art though,

Oh that is lucky, I have to lug! I get one out and the others run back in, then I get another back out and the other gets back in. They have it down to a fine art. Maddy is ok she will run out, do her thing and run back in, Dusty is easy enough, but Charlie is the worst, he lies down on his back in the hall and refuses to move.

Don't worry I have the same problem with my lot if its raining.

The stupid thing is that if I put a coat on and pick up the leads then they can't wait to get out the front door no matter how hard it raining, but given the choice to go out in the garden on there own is a different matter altogether.

I think they say to themselves that if I've got to get wet then so can he.
