Socialising (sp?)

I think my border collie could do with a bit more interaction with other dogs, we very rarely meet other dogs while out and i don't have any friends with dogs. she does see my mams 2 labs quite often and gets no brilliantly with them, she does sometimes snap at the youngest who is still a puppy but we just take this as her telling him off for going too far with her (he is always at her for attention). we will be moving to Plymouth at the end of the month and i would be very greatful if anyone could give me some tips as to good places to go to help socialize her a bit more? sorry if I've posted this is the wrong place!
