Border Collie - Energetic, intense, scary intelligent, and super fast

The Shelter Mutt - Who can resist the mongrel behind bars?

Bernese Mountain Dog - Beautiful markings, loving personality, and such a happy dog

German Short-haired Pointer - Gorgeous animal, and oh so elegant

German Shepherd - Intelligent, loyal, brave and hardy. Who can resist the noble face of a Shepherd?

1. IRISH WOLFHOUND: My top dog because of an age old story I heard when I was a little younger about a man who went hunting and left his baby son with the IW. A sad story but one that has made me want to own an IW.

2. SHIBA INU:
Cheeky little devils. Beautiful dogs with storng personalities.

3. DOBERMAN PINSCHER: Absoloutly stunning dogs that used to be my favourite breed.

4. ALASKAN MALAMUTES: I have always wanted to own an AM due to the fact of meeting one everyday for a whole year on my way to school. He was adorable.

5. DOGUE DE BORDEUX: One time when I visited the dogs home (getting my beddy cross) I saw a huge but handsome dog in one of the kennels and absoloutly fell in love. I later found out he was a DDB.

Well these are my top five which were quite hard to pick

Kelly x

1) Shetland Sheepdog - fun, outgoing, boisterous but with an off switch, adorable and loving.
2) German Shepherd, Gorgeous, loyal, intelligent and trainable
3) LH Mini Dachshund - Great little lap dog and all around family pet.
4) Borzoi - Just beautiful dogs.
5) Mutts - really, you just can't beat a good old fashioned mutt. Especially if its a herding breed mix.

I have looked at this thread multiple times...but can only come up with 3...

I adore Border collies - can;t get away from it - they are the breed for me.

But I also love Borzois...maybe one day

And Of course Estrelas

Malinois,
Staffordshire bull terrier,
Pharoah hound,
and can I say Lurchers/Longdogs, even though they are crosses?
