No problem with feeding beef trim...cooked or raw.Raw is better but as long as you don't feed cooked bones your doing fine

Stay away from Beef if they have digestive problems and sometimes even when frozen there is a parasite that can eventually kill the dog.

So we are keeping well out the way of Beef... anything else is fair game.
i mean to this.. is it dangerous???

I regularly feed beef and have had no problems however there are articles being published with all sorts of claims against feeding raw foods.....but then there are claims that the additives in complete foods etc are bad etc etc.
People now would be horrified on what our dog was fed on when I was a child yet he lived to be a VERYold dog and was healthy right up till the last couple of years.

Owners who have been feeding there dogs on barf for years, say if the dog has some sort of digestive problem... like chester then stay clear as it may make it worse.

There is a parasite in beef that can be killed when frozen or cooked, but there is an article somewhere on the web that Ian read... (i'll have to try and find it) that the owners dog became very ill over time, and eventually they found that this parasite that is in beef had breed and eaten through half the dogs brain and when the dog brain was scanned it looked like swiss cheese.

Thats why i won't take the chance with beef... it may only 1 in a million, but i'm still not willing to chance it.

hi all,
Both my dogs are feed on raw meat
Busta never got on with complete's so i changed to raw
Daisey has been fed raw since the first day i got her.
I get most my meat delivered for a company called
Landywoods. Very reasonable and the dogs never complain.
