I know Bon, wouldn't you feel like a total loser? Besides that, how do you think our dogs would feel if we muzzled them as if they were common savages? I'm not sure how much dogs understand, but I don't think they would like being muzzled. I get enough strange looks when people see Tigger's stripes, add a muzzle to that and it would make it even worse.

What would define a dominent dog ?? Some one else mentioned it but I've been cornered by tiny terriers who would do more damage than my dobe
Murph wears a Halti sometimes and loads of people think its a muzzle It really gets on my nerves -if they think some dogs should be muzzled why don't they just come out with it and name them - I think we all know which breeds would be targetted as usual -They might be better off to muzzle some of the people who spout this crap
(sorry had a bad day )

I agree Murphy, no need to apologize. A dominant breed would be any of the protection type breeds.

Hi guys,

what exactly is that person classing as " dominant breeds "? As other people have said if the dog has been well socialised as a pup why should you muzzle it?

Ozzy
