To be honest, my hero was my grandfather because he taught me how important it is to be kind.How much you can hurt people with thoughtlessness and that hurting someone emotionally can be worse than hurting someone physically.
He was the most wonderful person I ever met and I will miss him for the rest of my life.He passed away when I was 12, 21 years ago

My dad who sadly died 12 years ago.He was the most helpful person there was and never had a bad bone with anybody.Unfortunately,cancer took him-despite never smoking and lived a healthy life outdoors (he was a builder).

Oh sorry to hear that Steve, they say the good die young don't they and the rotters (like my dad) seem to go on forever He was nearly 80 when he died (3 weeks away from his 80th)

Sorry to hear about your grandfather Hamstaff, he sounded a really special person. I wish I had had grandparents (they all died before I was born - I think they knew I was coming ) it would have been nice

my heroes are my mam and dad,they are always there for me through thick and thin when im down they pick me up when im hurt they make me smile when ive gone through ruff patches they have always pulled me through so i would like to say thanks mam and dad your one in a million
