How to clean a roller blind

Can anyone tell me? We've got one that went in the kitchen when it was done. It doesn't look particularly dirty, but then, I'm not getting too close
I'm pretty sure it must be a bit grubby, but as it's fabric and a roller, I've no idea how or what with......

I've seen dry cleaning pads/clothes - perhaps one of them might clean it up a treat? Usually you can buy them in dry cleaners (oddly enough )

A damp sponge and sugar soap. It was amazing the grime that came off what appeared to be a clean blind.

i used to soak mine in the bath over night and shower off .

leave to dry comes up lovely

I have used the JML magic Sponge on mine. Just let it down and wiped it over. It works very well.
