Music for Website

My Daughter's Boyfriend is going to update and poss change our Website when he visits this week.........now the music which is on the website at the moment is Eight Days a week & And I Love Her by The Beatles, but need some ideas to change this I think..................... What do you think?

Not meaning to offend but music on a website normaly puts me right off I'll either get off quickly or if it's something I realy want to read turn it down to mute.JMHO

Music on a website puts me off but for a different reason...I'm on dial-up and it usually makes the page take forever to load. That and a flashy beginning.

Not sure if this is possible, but can you give visitors the option to hear the music or not, say for example downloading a mini music player that the visitor is able to control. I always listen to CDs and my own music folder through my computer, and it can be a nuisance when you are listening to your own music and you visit a site that has music on it, and you then have both songs playing together .
