Is this a reaction to Previcox?

10 1/2 month old goldy Mojo has been on Previcox for a few days following a knee sprain. Yesterday he had a bit of diarrhea, last night he squitted & weed lots on the floor in the night & is a bit lethargic today. I thought it was something he'd eaten, then I thought to check his pill packet for side effects - there's nothing on there, so I looked it up online. It seems that some dogs react badly to these and if they do it can be life threatening. He's had his pill today but wont get any more (I've spoken to the vet).
Has anyone else's dog had a reaction to these? was it a few days after taking them or straight away?

I'm shocked that there's no warnings either on the packet or from the vet.

My do after managing once or twice for injury all of a sudden had a bad upset tummy so he came off them straight away.
Did your vet not warn you if he became lethargic, sick or upset tummy to stop them straight away ? My vet always does.

We were on holiday when he was taken to the vet by the dog carer. She was very thorough & passed all info to us as it happened, I also rang the vet on our return to run through the notes. No mentions of side effects to look out for, I think it should be on the packet.
Mojo has also vomited up his fish & rice dinner this evening.
I hope this will be out of his system soon.

I agree there should be a leaflet but I have never had a vet yet that hasn't explained signs to look for and if they occur to immediately stop the medication.
Fingers crossed he will be over it soon.
