Try to get hold of a slimming world book its easy to follow (so you wldnt have to join) and very good. Its not really a diet - as you can eat plenty, its just healthy eating and you can still have a few treats. I lost 3stone in about 4months. If you can't find anyone with a book i'll try and see if i have an old one - but can't promise as i've moved a lot over the last few years and wld really have to search.

My sister in law has lost 6stone 13lb in a year with weight watchers - so i presume thats very good too.

Chloe seems a little happier than i could have expected - she seems to be missing ratclyffe a bit but she's ok. all her other cagemates seem subdued.

hi-i have just been reading through this thread and i also need to lose weight.
i am gonna try slimming world-my mum is doing it now and has lost quite alot of weight already...
if you go on their website then it gives you a weekly diet you can follow-very informative.i am starting tomorrow
(and no money needed for fees)
