What on earth?

Reggie was neutered by the rescue before he came to us...he has the scar and diminishing sac to prove it.
However, he was just rolling on his bag, kicking his legs like he does when I looked down to see two perfectly circular round lumps just between his willy and his empty scrotum when he calmed down they disappeared again.
Is this normal? Does he still have his bits?
I thought of a hernia but they were perfectly symmetrical?
Any ideas?

Off to work now so can't answer any posts but help would be much appreciated!

Perfectly normal do not worry, testosterone is still produced by other glands even when the testes are removed.

Don't those little "balls" appear when they need the loo? Let him have a wee and see if they go down

Errm, yep I think this thread has defo cleared up the mystery for me lol....told you I had NO experience of males!
My youngest told me Reg had horrid lumps on his tum, yes it was his nipples, I didn't admit to him that I'd asked on here whether male dogs actually had them or not
