8 week old puppy with cyst on eye

Hi,

I have just bred a litter of flat coat puppies, I decided to keep my only liver boy, he is gorge and so great we love him so much. We went yesterday to the vets for pups first vaccination, and during the check up the vet saw a tiny cyst just on the inside of the lower eye lid, this cyst was not there a few weeks ago when I had took them to vets for them to be checked. The vet said it might be a fluid cyst and they would look at it again when he goes for his 2nd jab.

I was wondering if anyone had had this problem before and if so any advice or any words of comfort I am quite worried and feel so bad for my boy. By the way none of the others have this problem.

Any advice/knowledge would be gtreatly apprecaited

Hi my beagle has iris cysts which show as dark spots in the brown part of the eye but not in the eyelid we had to take him to an eye specialist to make sure they weren't cancerous he had to have various eye tests But i would imagine as its external they can probably tell what it is easier ,hope its ok
