Horrific Horse attack. (petition)

This time last year a horse called Maggie was butchered alive by thugs, amongst other things, an axe had been repeatedly thrown at the horse. Her owner found Maggie trying to stand, with one leg broken and another severly injured. The vets had no choice but to put her down straight away.

In an attempt to get longer sentences for this type of crime there is a petition, if any of you would be kind enough to sign, it would be much apprieciated.
