Your Best Friend

Your dog doesn’t judge you by the way you look
He doesn’t judge by the way you act
He sees inside, deep into the soul
He knows what’s there, what makes you whole
He knows your feelings and feels your pain
He wipes away the tears time and again
He knows you better than anyone does
When your dog walks by your side
Know that he loves you for what’s deep inside.
No matter what life throws at you
Just remember who’s there
Your best friend, he knows you, he cares.
