well tonight i had to euthanize...

one of my fish

had a tank disaster - doing so well with my fish - added 2x angels and 2x gourami - big mistake...

everythings been fine until tongiht - the gouramis in the past half an hour have flipped and literally within less than 5 mins have batterd one of the angels to almost death

so gourami are now in a bucket... i have no other tank!.... the angel i had no choice but to euthanize as it was flipping with only one fin and i knew it was going to die anyhow so its better to put it out of its misery!

so if anyone wants 2x murdering gourami your welcome to them

few ways really

clove oil (appparantly)
cut its head off (no thanks)

and the most recomended is ice cold water, just stuns them and they go almost immediately - no suffering

sounds harsh - but a lot nicer than letting it flip round for ages dying slowly!

siamese fighter fish cannot go with one of its kind or anythign with long fins etc.....

piranahs - well they are just plain nasty!

there are far more aggressive fish thatn just them (way to many to list)
