She's doing well just now. She's had a day in the sun whilst I cut the grass. The stitches are looking a lot better and she's a bit more like her young self again. We even managed a walk down to the pub bench for an hour

Thanks - Karen's been a real star over the last week. She's been off sick from work herself which whilst not great has perhaps been a blessing in disguise as she's been around for Breagh.

Today's been a great day and I feel she's really improved.

Breagh was at the vet's last night as it was her date to get the external stitches out. Can you believe with everything she's been through since we got her that it was actually the first time 'our' vet had ever seen her!

Anyway. She ended up removing every 'other' stitch which kind of pleased me as I wasn't confident myself that they were ready to come out.

She's finished all her antacid and had her last antibiotic yesterday so it seems to be nearly over.

that's great news. lets hope she can have the last stitches out soon and won't need the vets again until her next load of vaccines
