Hotel for dogs

It's my 5th time watching it. I love it, I love the fact it encoporates strays in it's story line. Most films have pedigrees that make peopel want that exact dog, but this one has all types of breeds. It's a kids film but ahs anyone else seen it?

I saw this a while ago.

The dogs in it were lovely however, I didn't think much of the actual movie.

I found it a bit I don't know, cheesey, I know it is a kids film but I expected better tbh.

Ref the use of stray/mixed breeds, it isn't the only movie to do so, they're a few I can remember off the top of my head, and probably many more.

White fang, wolfdog.
Homeward bound 2, had a entire pack of strays
Balto (animation) wolfdog.
Atomic dog, crossbreeds.
Snow buddies, apparently has an alaskan husky (crossbreed) starring alongside the golden retrievers.
Fluke, definately has strays in it, can't remember what the dogs were exactly though.
Look who's talking now, stray/crossbreed.

Plus, the main character in the tv series 100 deeds for eddie mcdowd was a crossbreed. The dog used for the character itself was believed to be a malamute x ausie shepherd, and had been taken from a pound where it was going to be pts.
