Ruby has hair loss ...?

Just noticed this morning that Ruby has a clump of hair missing under her left ear.
There has been like a scab there for a couple of days but as this lot are always play fighting & grabbing each others heads/throats etc its not unusual.
Was stroking rubes this morning & came across this...

Gonna have to try get her booked into the vets today, it looks very sore.

Any ideas?

Vet's is best place if it's not healing. Hope it doesn't take much to sort it.

Thankyou

Just back from vet, they shaved Rubys fur around the area & it looks like her neck has been slightly punctured when shes been play fighting with one of the other 2 herberts. Ofcourse its infected & now spreading argh!!

Shes on noroclav & fuciderm gel aswell as needing it cleaned twice a day with hibiscrub & she has to be kept away from Khal & Sasi. Have to take her back in a week for a checkup xx
