re. keira update (boxer with heart murmur and colitis)

keira has a grade 2 heart murmer so is good new's
her colitis is another thing.
and i hope all you dog webbers will help me here..

anyway she is on special diet pronto
i have a choice ..well not really she has been put on pro plan purina..salmon & rice a said to vet she was on that ewen she was yung hre said no she can hasve bin it's not sold in pet shop['s
well not mayb e the salmon & rice but the make is there (am still sure it was tho)
if this don't work it will be canine royle £50 a bag
don't get me wrong al pay it if this is wot she need's but is it??

Great news the heart murmur is less serious than first thought

Sorry to hear about he colitis causing problems still - can you not ask your vet if there are any other less expensive brands than that? Surely there will be ones cheaper than £50 she would be fine on? That is a lot of money I agree.

Food, Wafcol do a salmon and potato, the other food I think you mean is Royal Canin. There are prescription foods as the Vet prescribes, but these do NOT need a prescription and can be purchased freely from Hyperdrug.
