It's absolutely wonderful H - As you know we are surrounded by forrest too but in our case it's very hilly, there is only one rough path, and we have to walk over very rough ground with holes and hidden branches 'cos no one does any maintenance, and those steps you call steep are nothing compared to the near vertical slopes we have to negotiate. It's nice but very tiring not to say dangerous in places whereas you seem to have it all, mostly level grassland, good paths and someone has even put some logs across to make steps where needed.

You had better let me know as soon as another house in your road comes on the market
