Hi All! Bit of a rant, but don't get scared off!
I'm new to dogsey, although I recognise some names from the old bbc messageboards. My main reason for logging on is my shock at finding a website where you can buy dogs online with the click of a button. 'next day pets' is an American site and I found one dog that is described as not getting on with the owners new baby and is for sale at $1. These dogs could be going to anyone, my main worry is dog fights but also inexperienced or cruel owners. Also the dog I gave as an example may be aggressive, but there doesn't seem to be anything policing the site where people have to declare personality traits. You can contact the seller as you can on auction sites, but what's to say that they'll tell you everything and the dog will end up somewhere unsuitable? I hope I have got this wrong, but I couldn't find anything responsible about the site. What's everyone's opinion?
