advice needed again please

hello friends
some of you might remember my 14yr old staffy with heart and lung problems.... she is on heart meds and water tablets and steroids... her cough almost went when she 1st went on the heart meds... but its back and as been for a while... the vet knows this by the way...
her cough is getting slightly worse again and has been for a while... but my cocern today is... her left nostril has yellow to clear snot (sorry its not nice to read)... sometimes when she coughs it makes her sneeze a little, her other nostril is clear and dry...i know i will need to go to the vet but as she is on the decline, she isnt any wse in herself to be honest still stable... eats well (down to the steroids) goes out to the toilet (with lots of persusion)...
any ideas where this phlem is coming from..she doesnt have a cold...

Dogs can't cough phlegm up like people so they sneeze it out .
So it may be coming from her chest
