Virgin, Mobile coverage

im thinking of switching to a mobile contract phone from virgn, but have heard the coverage isnt great? any experinces/ veiws? ta mish

I am with Virgin and think they are great.
There customer service is fantastic! You can speak to someone anytime straight away. I am on a contract with them. I have broken my phone twice..my fault..but they replaced them free of charge.
I find coverage fine where i am, but obviously cant say what its like in wales!

oh thank you!!!!! Im in cardiff so (sadly) not up a mountain or in a valley (id prefer that but thats a different thread). i do lots of motoway travelling, have you found the coverage fine when youve travelled on the mway?

Both me and OH have Virgin mobile and found the coverage really good on the motorway and also when travelling down to cornwall.

And, as Honeysmummy said, there customer service is great.
