Whippets!

As long as Pippy has a walk/run everyday for 45 minutes she will happily lie on the sofa for the entire afternoon/evening. She's even happier if you are there also!

Beagles!! like a lie in Breakfast and a midday walk and then a snooze, a bit of dinner and a snooze snoop around the garden sleep Start all over again Only when they are older though! Pups are a different matter.

I'm not sure if it comes down to breeds to be honest!

My own dog (Bullmastiff)hasn't been for a walk for 2 1/2 months due to my health problems, but she quite happily sleeps on the sofa all day, just having a potter in the garden when she feels like it!

My Sister's Bichon Frise is definitely a lazy dog as it would happily sit on your lap all day and doesn't like going for walks. It hides when she gets the lead out. I don't think it is typical for the breed however as other people say they are quite high energy.
