Poor Amer. Perhaps she has hurt herself somehow? Could of damaged her cruciate or dis-located her kneecap, both are very painful and come on suddenly. Hope she feels better soon.

Hi Jackie

I have just come on here to post about otis and saw your post. I have had the exact same thing with otis and i was worried sick - i have taken him to the emergency vets and he said it is his cruciate ligament.

gave him some anti-inflamatories and tols me to rest him.

Hope your ickle doglet is ok soon.

jacs she hasn't knocked it or any thing recently?
have you ruled out cramps etc? is she in pain when you looked?
will be thinking of you both at the vets.

don,t think she has knocked it Leo

she don,t seem to be in pain just not weightbearing and holding it up all the time

but she don,t seem her usual happy self
