Bitch in Season

As I have mentioned in another thread, Mo is in season.

She is usually quite typical of the Saluki, very aloof and not in need of human company or contact unless it suits her
For the past week she has not left my hubby's side. Ok she is Daddys girl but not usually this clingy.
And all she wants to do is lick him on any part of bare flesh she can find arms, hands, legs, face, whatever is bare.
He thinks she can smell his male pheramones.
Could this be the cause, or is there another reason?
